The Role

Overview

Coordinate FM tasks, vendor management, office services, and maintenance for commercial buildings.

Tasks

-Handling all Deliveries at all times during office hours. -Setting up/ monitoring of inventories for client's office. -Assist/deployment on monitoring of possible security and IT matters -To manage Consumable items, e.g., include pantry items. -Manage maintenance works. Ensure that vendors cover all their servicing items as scheduled. -Ensuring safety requirement are met within the workplace. -Be proactive and manage Client relationship. -Perform administrative works, e.g. Permit to Work, Safety cert renewal, generate reports & billing coordination. -Coordinate and set up meeting/catering at all times during office hours. -Coordinate and communicate among internal team, C&W Services. -Preparation of minutes of meeting, management report, calling for quotation, preparation of quotation. -Liaise with Client representative should there be any facilities upgrading and renovation needs, which includes sourcing for, evaluate and recommend solutions for the upgrading renewal replacement. -Coordinate on all hard and soft FM related matters in client office.

Requirements

What You Bring

-2 to 3 years relevant experience in property / estate / facilities management or building / facilities maintenance -Diploma in Building Services / Facilities Maintenance -Vendor management/sourcing for any works require. -Knowledge of computer applications like Microsoft Word and Excel -Possess good communication skills in liaising with both internal and external stakeholders -Knowledge in building works and facilities management
