Tasks

Lead the creative direction and ensure high-quality design output. Hire, mentor, and lead teams. Drive business profitability through new client acquisition, RFPs, and design pitches. Business within Business (BWB) concept ensuring the best output from the city Leader. Work closely with Ambience Interiors. Generate new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships. Autonomous leadership role as the primary decision maker for the Bangalore City Lead. Collaborate closely with cross functional teams at Gurgaon office.

What You Bring

Business-oriented mind set with experience managing budgets and revenue targets. Excellent presentation, communication, and client management skills. 15–18 years of experience in Corporate Interior design with proven studio leadership. Bachelor’s degree in architecture from a reputed Institute. We are looking for an accomplished design professional to lead our Bangalore studio with a focus on Design & Build projects – designed by SWBI and built by Ambience. This senior leadership role carries end-to-end ownership, including studio revenue & cost oversight, business development, client engagement, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility combined with strategic and commercial acumen to drive both creative excellence and business growth.
