Provide direct support to USCG PjMs, ESD/ISD Leads and NIWC PLs in the initiation, planning, creation, implementation and closeout of C5ISC engineering projects
Review system/component schematics for developing logistical support data.
Manage multiple assignments simultaneously, while working independently and with other project personnel.
Manage and coordinate documentation and artifacts as they pass through the C5ISC Configuration and Change Management and SELC processes.
Manage and coordinate documentation and artifacts as they pass through the SFLC EC-TCTO process.
Create, review, and modify engineering and technical documentation including but not limited to Project Charters, Project Management Plans (PMP), System Engineering Technical Reviews (SETR), Project Management Tailoring Plans (PMTP), Engineering Change Tailoring Plans (ECTP), and Project Risk and Issue Registers.
Develop EC-TCTOs for C5I systems.
Serve as communications liaison across the project stakeholder community.
Attend meetings, provide briefings, and participate in working groups as required by the customer.

Working knowledge and experience with either the USCG C3CENINST 5297.1B Project and System Engineering Management Policy (PSEMP) or C5ISCINST M4130 Configuration and Change Management Policy and the SFLC Joint Surface Engineering Change (EC) Process Guide.
