Tasks

-Conducts internal Utilization Reviews and submit reports to all involved parties. -Conducts routine audit preparation visits across all licensed programs. Provides direction to staff with regard to compliance with audit requirements. -Assists with in-service educational program for direct service staff with regard to regulatory requirements and use of electronic health record. -Conducts Special Investigation into allegations of staff abuse and neglect, or otherwise directed by Executive Management and Director of Quality Improvement. -Assists in the submission of required reports on incidents to all regulatory agencies. -Identifies areas of focus for performance improvement activities and provides leadership to program to implement data-driven changes. -Assists in the management of continuous quality improvement projects. -Provides feedback to Director of Quality Improvement regarding Utilization Reviews and Quality findings.

What You Bring

-Master’s degree in a mental health-related field required, and LMSW, LCSW, LMHC -Two years’ experience working in a mental health/social service setting required.
