The Role
Overview
Handles front‑desk duties, phone/email routing, visitor management and admin support.

Tasks
-Act as Fire Marshall for the occupants of the Executive area, including the HR office -Arrange and confirm travel arrangements and hotel accommodations for travelling managers and incoming foreign visitors as needed -Maintain visitor logbooks and manage visitor passes -Safely perform physically demanding tasks with repeated lifting and handle weights of up to 25 lbs -Monitor Company general inbox and reroute emails to the appropriate staff or department -Coordinate meetings including managing the Conference Room bookings, handle catering requests and the overall maintenance of the boardrooms -Maintain internal phone directory for all designated personnel -Act in a safe and professional manner and wear appropriate attire including the required personal protective equipment (PPE) when needed -Phone line management including taking messages and redirecting calls to the appropriate individuals -Greet, assist and act as a main point of contact for on site visitors -Comply with occupational health and safety legislation, BV Group Policies and Procedures, Upstream Minerals Management System Policies and Procedures -Assist departments on incoming and outgoing mail and packages -Support the Client Services department as required when requested.

What You Bring
-Post-secondary education or Technical Diploma in Business, Office Administration or equivalent required -Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) -Effective time management skills and ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy -Team oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision -Minimum 1 years' experience in customer service, office administration, reception or related -Strong sense of integrity and ability to maintain a high level of professionalism at all times -Excellent verbal and written communication skills
