Tasks
-Verify benchmarks, monument points, and other critical reference data to guide construction operations. -Utilize modern surveying tools, including drones, LiDAR, GPS, and GIS platforms, to collect, analyze, and present data. -Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to identify and address survey requirements effectively. -Lead survey crews to ensure safe, efficient, and precise execution of field activities. -Generate technical reports, maps, and documentation using software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other geospatial platforms. -Develop and manage comprehensive survey plans and schedules, incorporating geospatial data and advanced surveying technologies. -Collaborate on design-build and EPC projects, ensuring survey data is integrated seamlessly into broader project workflows -Recommend and implement continuous improvements in surveying processes and methodologies. -Apply advanced judgment and discretion to resolve technical challenges and discrepancies. -Foster a culture of innovation, professionalism, and adherence to industry best practices. -Train, mentor, and evaluate survey team members, promoting career development and performance excellence.

What You Bring
-Experience with survey operations on design-build, EPC, or large-scale construction projects. -Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. -Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) certification or ability to obtain certification within 12 months. -Proficiency in advanced surveying technologies (e.g., drones, LiDAR, GPS) and related software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS). -Minimum of 5 years of surveying experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role. -Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
