Tasks

-Participating in best-in-class training and ongoing skills-development workshops -Collaborating with Senior Agents to achieve business and career goals with a clear “pathway to growth”. -Marketing investment real estate internally, externally, and to clients who are active investors -Marketing exclusive property listings to qualified buyers -Preparing thoughtful analyses of clients' properties, including opinions of value, market comparables, and research -Advising clients in the development and execution of their individualized real estate investment strategies -Researching the local market and staying up to date on industry trends -Prospecting new client relationships, and networking with other industry professionals -Preparing thoughtful analyses of clients' properties, including broker opinions of value (BOV), market comparables, and research -Negotiating exclusive listing agreements, and purchase and sales agreements -Researching the local market and staying up-to-date on industry trends -Following the roadmap supplied by mentors and our training program in an entrepreneurial and at times - independent autonomous manner. -Contacting and advising clients, companies, and institutions in the development and execution of their individualized real estate investment strategies
