Tasks

-Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues -Provision, configure, and deploy new computers, monitors, and peripheral equipment. -Maintain accurate records of assets, configurations, and technical documentation. -Troubleshoot and resolve company issued hardware, software, and connectivity issues for end users. -May be required to work over-time; after hours as needed to ensure work is completed. -Track asset life-cycle from procurement through disposal -Maintain accurate records of all IT equipment including computers and mobile devices. -Assist with onboarding/offboarding technology setup for employees. -Provide technical support for computers running Windows and mobile devices running iOS environments -Respond to help desk tickets and support requests in a timely and professional manner. -Install, configure, and update applications. -Refer contracted hardware problems or defective products to vendors for service. -Document support tickets and maintain resolution records -Completes projects as assigned in the IT area.

What You Bring

-Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills. -Have dependable transportation to get to Billerica, MA office. -Familiarity with Active Directory and user account management -To be 18 years of age or older -Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and cloud-based tools (e.g., Microsoft 365). -Regular and timely attendance is an essential function of this position. -1 year of IT support experience in a business environment. -Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, routers, modems, Wi-Fi setup). -Experience with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems -Experience with provisioning tools and remote desktop/support platforms. -Authorization to work in the United States for this company
