Our client relationships are the foundation of our success, and our primary goal is to help each of our clients achieve their vision. We do this by carefully managing the details and complexities of each project and communicating constantly with all team members. -Provide accurate take-off. -Work with estimating team to build the estimate and pricing. -Visit project and pre-bid meetings to understand site conditions/scope. -Review plans and specifications. -Develop preliminary schedule.

What You Bring

-3+ years previous commercial construction experience with public, private or federal projects is required -Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented -Strong problem-solving and analytical skills -Well-rounded base of knowledge in construction disciplines. Civil estimating experience preferred. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Working knowledge of programs such as Bluebeam, Excel, and Word -Strong working knowledge of estimating software like Cost-OS, OST and Planswift -B.S. Degree – Construction Management or Engineering
