Guest Relations Coordinator

Manage guest relations, bookings, maintenance and occupancy for short‑term rental properties.

Tasks

-Schedule all housekeeping requirements. -Responding to all enquiries on International platforms. -Facilitate viewings with clients. -Track, remind and collect any due rental payments. -Coordinate any issues faced by the tenants on a daily basis. -Responsible to return clients security deposits. -Record all bookings and client's information in our PMS system. -Answer incoming leads via email, phone and WhatsApp for listings. -Managing a portfolio of up to 50 properties (area specific). -Coordinate check ins and check outs for the guests on a 24 hour basis. -Responsible to maintain a high level of occupancy all year round. -Carrying out Inventory checks after guests leave the property. -Facilitate any maintenance issues with our in-house maintenance team or 3rd party maintenance teams.

We are seeking a Guest Relations Coordinator to join our award-winning Holiday & Short Term Rentals team. We are looking for someone who is driven, customer focused, able to work well under pressure and can use their own initiative. -Proven experience improving customer satisfaction. -Experience in Dubai is essential. -Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills. -Excellent communication skills, with a high proficiency in English. -Experience and knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate market is preferred. -Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills. -Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role. -Driving license and car is a must.
