Tasks

-Financial Performance - Responsible for maximizing financial results of the UK and Ireland transportation business including, order Intake, profit and loss, fixed assets, capital expenditure and receivables. -Team Building and Mentoring - Lead the way on people management to drive a motivated disciplined and productive workforce. This includes effective staff leadership, performance management by setting objectives and driving appraisals and communication. -Client and Communication - Participate with select clients and key accounts on current and future business opportunities. -Operational Capability - Responsible for planning, operation and growth of transportation services in UK and Ireland. -Vision and Leadership - Establish and maintain effective organisational structure and skill base to meet the needs of the business in the short and longer term.
