Overview

Provide first-line support for engineering software, troubleshoot issues, and aid users.

Tasks

-Provide first-line support for engineering software, resolving user issues via email, chat, or ticketing systems. -Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for new features and updates. -Investigate and document software bugs, escalating complex issues to senior analysts or developers. -Assist in creating and maintaining user guides, FAQs, and training materials. -Support onboarding of inexperienced users and deliver basic training sessions when needed.

What You Bring

-Have an understanding of programming or scripting (e.g., Python, VBA). -Possess excellent communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders across product, development, commercial, and user support teams. -Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure. -Have a Civil or Structural engineering qualification
