Overview
Supervise mechanical maintenance and operation of TBM on shift basis

Tasks
-Liaise with OEM representatives and subcontractors for technical support. -Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of TBM mechanical systems. -Lead and coordinate the mechanical team to ensure optimal performance of TBM operations. -Maintain accurate maintenance records and daily activity reports. -Supervise all mechanical maintenance and repair activities on the TBM and associated systems. -Support shift operations to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency. -Conduct inspections, identify mechanical issues, and plan corrective actions. -Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project procedures.

What You Bring
-Mechanical Trade Certificate -Minimum 2 years’ experience in mechanical supervision. -Good communication and leadership skills. -Proven ability to manage and motivate a multicultural workforce. -Strong understanding of safety regulations and maintenance best practices. -Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. -Strong knowledge of TBM systems (hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, erector, screw conveyor, etc.).
