Tasks

-Coordinate construction documents for small to medium-sized projects -Perform site surveys and coordinate with the electric utility for assessment of renovation or new construction needs -Design building electrical systems including power distribution and lighting design, along with familiarity of fire alarm and low voltage systems -Work collaboratively with our firm’s integrated engineers, architects and interior designers across all offices -Review CA related items and perform site observations during construction

Requirements

What You Bring

-3+ years of experience -Revit experience required -Understand codes, standards, and guidelines related to the practice of building design -EIT preferred -Associates degree in Electrical Engineering, Architectural Engineering or Equivalent; Bachelor’s preferred -Be familiar with software for performing electrical loads, short circuit analysis, and lighting calculations
