Tasks

-To liaise with US Brokers and Portfolio Manager in finalizing underwriting parameters. -Spearhead the CMFA Pool’s knowledge and content management by documenting processes and training materials and disseminating tools, templates, and best practices -Enter lease data into lease management systems with a high level of accuracy. -Support the execution of financial analysis/modeling requests according to quality and timeliness standards -Follow internal SOPs and quality control measures to ensure compliance and accuracy. -Review and abstract critical information from lease agreements and related documents (e.g., amendments, subleases, assignments).

-Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy -Good time management and organization skills -Experience with financial models preferred -2-5 years of financial analysis and modeling experience -Passion for client delivery, with a strong emphasis on producing high-quality work, meeting deadlines, and exceeding requestor expectations -English language proficiency (verbal and written) to communicate with US-based CMFA Pool team members is required -Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, etc.) preferred -Ability to balance and prioritize multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment -Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially in Microsoft Excel
