Tasks

-Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers. -Ensure the security, integrity, and availability of all IT systems and data. -Drive digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and support business growth. -Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including data protection and cybersecurity. -Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and data centers. -Manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and maximizing ROI. -Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement technological solutions that enhance business processes and customer experience. -Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. -Direct an ERP data conversion and migration from a legacy Infor product to Infor Cloud Suite Distribution (CSD). -Develop and implement an IT project roadmap in alignment with the company's business objectives.
