Provide parts advice, process orders, and support customers to reduce equipment downtime.

Tasks
-Champion Liebherr Environmental, Health and Safety standards. -Build strong relationships with the Liebherr factories and distribution centers. -Process all modification related orders and communicate with the factory. -Champions processing Online Orders - eCommerce -Process all returns as per the Liebherr Canada return policy and procedure. -Process all Parts Orders to all Liebherr customers, Internal and External. -Provide parts advice and expertise to all Liebherr customers, Internal and External. -Create purchase orders when necessary. -Enter invoices into customer portals where applicable, email invoices to customer AP where applicable and correct any errors related to billing and payment issues. -Provide support during the branch inventory counts.

What You Bring
-Be people-driven and have customer satisfaction as a core driver. -Having the ability to adapt, be flexible and empathetic, and open to learn. -3+ years of Experience in Customer Service, Parts Advisory, preferably in the HEavy Equipment industry. -Journeyman Parts Technician Trade Certificate required.
