Tasks
-Taking a proactive approach to timber and joinery product sales, using every opportunity to make or increase a sale. -Upsell and gap analysis on existing customers. -Lead qualifying. -Generate new business with existing and new customers. -Use a customer relationship management system (CRM) holding a portfolio of 50 + customers. -Dealing with customers both face to face and over the telephone -Providing quotations for customers

What You Bring
In this position, you will play a key role in the sale of our full range of timber/ joinery products therefore previous sales experience in a similar role within a builder’s or timber merchant environment is essential. A driving license is preferred for this role. Please note that this role will involve working alternate Saturdays. -Sound timber and joinery supplies knowledge is required. -Confident dealing with customers -The ability to build great customer relationships. -Giving excellent customer service and sound product advice -Computer literate. -A full UK's drivers license would be a distinct advantage -A good telephone manner, excellent communication, and interpersonal skill -Previous sales experience in a builder’s or timber merchant environment is a necessity.
