Tasks

-Ensures Project Managers are equipped with company processes and tools who are properly trained to execute field solutions efficiently while promoting a safety first, zero harm working environment. -This position manages a project management organization who complete new equipment and revamp installation & commissioning, equipment overhauls and service contracts. -Prepares regional monthly operations reports and forecasts including accomplishments, challenges & opportunities. -The position is responsible for leading CP and South field service project management team from supporting opportunity development & delivery to planning & coordinating execution resources, activities and processes associated with Time & Material and Lump Sum contracts for Siemens Energy in the US delivering premier service to its customers. -Liaise with internal and external customers, including Siemens Energy entities promoting collaboration, standardization of processes, policies & procedures, efficient interfaces and growing the business.

What You Bring

-Experience in leadership and project management positions -Up to 25% travel will be required. -5-10 years of experience in Oil & Gas and or Power Generation Industries. Those with more experience may be considered for a more senior level. -Strong industrial rotating equipment knowledge including compressors, steam and gas turbines and control systems -Engineering Degree – Mechanical, Electrical or similarly related field or qualified by experience
