Overview

Lead delivery & management of renewable asset contracts, ensuring performance and compliance.

Tasks

-Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory obligations. -Maintain accurate project records, tools, and reporting frameworks. -Lead delivery of multiple Asset Management Agreements, ensuring performance, compliance, and client satisfaction. -Oversee compliance with National Electricity Rules and liaise with regulatory bodies (e.g. AEMO, AER).Support community and landholder engagement, ensuring timely communication and payments. -Manage defect resolution processes and coordinate with contractors and stakeholders. -Oversee project mobilisation and operational readiness for new and transitioning assets. -Act as the primary client contact, fostering strong and transparent relationships. -Coordinate day-to-day operations, including emergency response and maintenance activities. -Promote a safety-first culture, leading by example and reinforcing RES’s commitment to risk management. -Develop and implement annual business plans to drive asset value and efficiency.

What You Bring

-Degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Law, Finance ore related Field. -Skilled in managing contractors, stakeholders, and client relationships. -Effective team leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration. -Strong planning, organizational, andproblem-solving skills. -2x Senior Asset Manager Roles(1 x Sydney based & 1x Melbourne based) -Renewable energy operations experience, ideally with >5 years in asset management roles. -Proven track record in contract and commercial management, including procurement processes and budgeting. -Familiarity with renewable energy technologies & project lifecycle management. -Class pass membership ($40 a month). -Strong knowledge of the National Electricity Market, including regulatory compliance and market operations. -Ability to balance technical analysis with commercial insight to inform strategic decisions. -Proficient in health, safety, environmental, and quality management systems. -Experience working with project equity partners and boards, demonstrating professionalism and attention to detail.
