Tasks

-Follow up on leads generated by our Senior Warranty Sales Representatives, closing deals and exceeding expectations. -Analyse system generated lead reports, uncover valuable sales opportunities. -Developing and managing your own leads: identify and canvass customers within our existing leads database through pro-active self-diarising and lead management. -Ensuring customer satisfaction by proactively reporting any outstanding product related issues to our Service & Breakdown department, demonstrating exceptional customer service. -Build strong relationships with potential customers by actively listening and understanding their needs and challenges.
