Tasks
The successful candidate will focus on modernization projects of clients’ facilities and/or the construction of new facilities to support their research or manufacturing efforts. Responsibilities will include preparing reports for clients (code review, costs, feasibility, etc.) and designing new processes or facilities, including creating construction drawings. -Design and documentation of electrical systems for modernization and new construction projects. -Preparation of detailed reports including code reviews and feasibility studies. -Creation of construction drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit. -Coordination with project teams to ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards. -Execute electrical circuit operations and designs, including power supply circuit designs. -Conduct ARC Flash Analysis and ensure safety standards are met. -Stay updated on industry codes and standards relevant to electrical engineering. -Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project progress and requirements.

All employment offers with Hart Companies are subject to satisfactory completion of a criminal background check, discretionary driving record review, and drug screening. *Position requires being on-site, full-time at our corporate headquarters in Cumberland, Rhode Island -Professional Engineering License (P.E.) preferred but not required -Utilize knowledge of analog and digital design basics in project assignments. -Experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit for design purposes. -5 or more years of relevant experience in electrical engineering. -Understanding of applicable codes and standards in the electrical engineering field. -Strong knowledge of electrical circuit operations and basic analog/digital design principles. -Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for client and team interactions. -Knowledge of ARC Flash Analysis and safety protocols. -Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. -Familiarity with power supply circuit designs and schematic tools. -Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
