Tasks

-Personally lead strategic bids and negotiations for major projects, ensuring profitable growth. -Drive continuous improvement in processes, reducing delays, overruns, and rework. -Build Liftec Express’s reputation as a trusted partner for major lift projects. -Ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and margin management. -Ensure the team builds and converts a healthy pipeline of opportunities across modernisation and new installations. -Foster a safe working environment, with field safety, employee wellbeing and sustainable product design solutions embedded within all interactions -Build and lead a high-performing sales and delivery team, instilling a culture of ownership, accountability, and excellence. -Define and execute the strategy for the Major Works division in line with company objectives. -Identify and eliminate loss-making projects, embedding a culture of commercial discipline. -Implement robust governance, controls, and reporting to ensure projects meet financial and operational targets. -Attract, retain, and develop top industry talent, leveraging networks and reputation. -Drive the growth of the Major Works portfolio by developing strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and key accounts. -Oversee the execution of all Major Works projects, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. -Represent Liftec Express at industry events -Service: Puts customers and colleagues at the centre of every action, delivering solutions with urgency, care, and a dedication to exceeding expectations. -Progress all relevant project variation orders with project team and to provide a solution for clients for any out-of-scope additional items as they arise -Full P\&L responsibility for the Major Works division. -Ensure customer satisfaction and responsiveness for clients throughout all phases of project work, including periodic reviews of the quality management system and root cause analysis assessments. -Ensure strong customer communication, responsiveness, and delivery standards that exceed expectations.
