Tasks

-Design, implement, and maintain the technical architecture for Oracle Cloud Fusion solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and integration with other systems, while also providing technical leadership and mentorship -Review, advise and design standard software and hardware builds, system options, risks, costs versus benefits and impact on the enterprise business process and goals. -Maintain quality standards on all projects. -Work closely with cloud-native application architectures like PaaS, IaaS, microservices, containerization, serverless computing, API design. -Review and deliver functional specifications documentation for RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Fast Formula) -Provide technical guidance and productivity tools to product teams. -Research new technologies and demonstrate the use by developing proof of concept demonstrations. -Develop, create awareness for, and monitor adherence to integration standards that meet operational requirements, such as scalability, maintainability, security, reliability. -Contribute to the road map for each system, including (when known) technical or functional obsolescence dates -Design and implement Oracle Cloud Fusion solutions (Financials, HCM, and EPM modules -Assist business users during CRP (Conference Room Pilots), SIT (System Integration Testing), and UAT (User Acceptance Testing). -Work with product teams to guide the design of technology solutions including architecting and implementing solutions requiring integration of multiple platforms, operating systems and software -Track industry trends and maintain knowledge of new technologies to better serve the enterprise's architecture needs. -Responsible for providing senior level expertise on decisions and priorities regarding the overall systems architecture. -Assist in the development of and manages an architecture governance process. -Develop and maintain architectural assets including security requirements, principles, standards, policies, reference architectures, models, blueprints, roadmaps, frameworks, patterns and services using Unified Modeling Language (UML). -Follow safety rules, guidelines and standards for all projects. Participate in pre-task planning. Report any safety issues or concerns to management. -Design end-to-end finance processes (e.g., Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report) and HCM (e.g. Hire to retire) processes.

What You Bring

-Eight years of applicable business or system development experience. -Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field and 10 years' relevant experience. Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 14 years' relevant experience. -Experience Implementing Oracle Fusion Finance, EPM and HCM. -Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure including Oracle Integration Cloud. -Knowledge of, and expertise in, VBCS, OTBi, BI Publisher and OIC. -Valid driver's license with acceptable violation history.
