Tasks

-Manage cash balances daily -Perform bookkeeping, check writing, and QuickBooks functions across 40 plus entities -Review invoices and initiate approval processes -Downloading multiple account statements across several financial institutions -Prepare and maintain electronic workpapers -Track tax documentation and coordinate with tax preparers -Analyze financial data to identify trends and help address potential issues -Assist with monthly reconciliations, monthly reporting, and quarter close processes across 40 plus entities

What You Bring

-Working knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite -Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future. -Understanding of accounting principles and practices -Preference for accounting experience with multiple entities as well as both public and private investment accounting. -Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records -Detail oriented and well organized -1-3 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or 7-10 years relevant experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree -Advanced EXCEL skills -Self-motivated with high level of initiative -Strong preference for experience with AVIDPAY, Homepay, RAMP or similar bill pay and credit card software -Strong written and verbal communication skills -Highly proficient in time management, organization, planning, and prioritization -Experience with A/P and A/R between multiple entities
