Tasks

-Working with the hydropower resource manager to define project resource / skill needs -Influencing customer focused project delivery -Supporting the principal account leader in delivering the wider BD strategy for hydropower and pumped storage -Revenue growth and managing cost of sales for a defined programme -Preparation and implementation of market plans, customer management plans and prospect capture plans -Supporting delivery of the hydropower and pumped storage business plan actions

What You Bring

-Relevant engineering degree (mechanical, electrical, civil, industrial engineering) or similar qualification -Experience of working at a senior level in an energy consultancy or in a relevant industry -International hydropower and pumped storage industry experience, delivering large projects -Excellent communication and client facing skills with a strong customer focused approach -A track record of developing value proposition including budgeting for winning technical and commercial proposals for major opportunities -Commercial experience of project delivery from implementing consultancy services -Ability to influence decision making at a senior level including effective collaboration between various departments/units
