International Payroll and Benefits Assistant

Tasks

-Supporting the delivery of UK, European and expat/shadow payrolls with external outsourced payroll vendors (where applicable). -Maintaining standard payroll processes and operating procedures in line with managed service vendor delivery. -Managing MyHR Tier1 and 2 escalated payroll and benefit queries through to resolution working with external vendor where required. -Working closely with HR Services to support overall payroll delivery and continuous improvement activities. -Delivering of benefits transactions and associated administration across UK and European payrolls (where applicable). -Management of routine, payroll and benefit matters. -Supporting the collation and distribution of audit and compliance related activity.

What You Bring

-Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly both written and oral. -Benefits processing knowledge. -Ability to multi task in order to meet stringent deadlines. -MS skills: Word, PowerPoint and Excel: presenting high quality reports, presentation and accurate payroll and data to diverse audience. -Excellent attention to detail, prioritisation and organisational abilities. -Ability to work at pace - demonstrable experience of managing and prioritizing competing demands ensuring deadlines are met without loss of standards. -UK Payroll processing knowledge. -Ability to provide advice and co-ordination of payroll and benefits transactional activities. -Previous experience of working in a similar environment or role in Payroll and Benefit capacity (or equivalent). -Customer focused and results driven. -Experience of working in a managed service payroll delivery structure. -Experience working within large global organizations.
