Tasks

-Engage in product and project management, collaborating with the product team to enhance product understanding and performance. -Build strong business relationships, translating client needs into actionable requirements. -Develop reusable components, standardized templates, and reference architectures to apply data & analytics best practices consistently. -Keep your brain fit with our trainings -Define and analyze metrics that gauge product success and monitor D&A product adoption in the market. -You take ownership of defining, tracking, and driving key performance indicators (KPI’s).

What You Bring

-Fluency in spoken and written English; knowledge of German or other languages is a plus. -Experience in product optimization, including funnel/website optimization and outbound communication channels like email or push notifications. -Extensive hands-on experience collaborating with product teams, including product management, engineering, design, data science, and data engineering. -Strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate a global and multicultural environment. -Communicate and demonstrate design architecture while considering business requirements and value. -A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus. -Excellent analytical skills with a proven ability to make data-driven decisions and communicate results effectively. -Proven expertise in Python and AWS CDK; familiarity with other languages and frameworks is a plus.
