This is a full-time on-site role located in Greater London for a Development Analyst. The Senior Development Analyst will be responsible for conducting in-depth research and analysis to support real estate development projects. Daily tasks include preparing financial models, managing and analyzing databases, overseeing project timelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role demands a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving capabilities, and effective communication skills to deliver data-driven insights and contribute to the success of development and investment initiatives. -Proficiency in managing and utilizing Excel to store, organize, and analyze project-related information -Strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities to interpret data, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making -Experience in real estate development is a prerequisite, but this could derived from working in PE, Investment, Development or Advisory -Proficiency in advanced software tools, including Excel -Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline is advantageous -Excellent Communication skills to clearly convey insights to stakeholders, IC and international partners teams
