Netsuite Business Analyst

Tasks

-Ensure compliance with company safety policies, industry regulations, and IT best practices. -Serve as the primary point of contact for NetSuite support, troubleshooting user issues, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring timely resolution. -Support system integrations between NetSuite and other enterprise platforms. -Manage approval workflows, create and modify Advanced PDF templates, and customize system reports and saved searches to meet business requirements. -Promote a collaborative, positive, and solution-oriented environment within the broader ERP and business systems team. -Configure user roles and permissions, ensuring appropriate access and security compliance. -Maintain a strong architectural understanding of the NetSuite OneWorld environment, including segment configuration and global business processes. -Develop and deliver effective NetSuite training to users at all levels of the organization. -Guide and support users in effective navigation and use of NetSuite features and tools. -Assist in the development, testing, and implementation of new NetSuite features and business unit integrations.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field (preferred) -Experience in project planning, implementation, and cross-functional coordination -Leverage in-depth knowledge of core business processes such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and deliver solutions in a fast-paced environment -3–5 years of NetSuite experience in an administrator or analyst role -NetSuite Administrator Certification required -Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail -Strong technical knowledge of NetSuite capabilities, SuiteScript, and platform frameworks
