Tasks

-Ensures compliance with standards and quality standards. -Monitor and manage leasing activity. -Ensure the optimization of human resources in a context of operational and financial efficiency. -Ensure the marketing of the building and rental in order to have apartments rented at full capacity. -Analyze the needs of the complex and the clientele. -Complete the various reports requested. -Complete move in/out inspections

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills -Knowledge of real estate management -Ability to work under pressure -Good adaptability and stress tolerance -Knowledge of Yardi (an asset) -Analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making capacity -Excellent command of English (spoken and written) -Mastery of the laws of Ontario governing rental properties -1 year of management experience (an asset) -Capable of effectively managing priorities -Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
