The Role
Overview
Assist PMs with technical, admin, and subcontractor support for construction projects.

Tasks
-The employee is designated for field work and attends activities at client sites where they work in construction, Process, packaging, manufacturing, research, or other "non-administrative" areas. -Support procurement, contract administration, and change management processes. -Maintain project documentation systems and assist with closeout deliverables and turnover packages. -Track project costs, invoice preparation, and reporting. -You will visit construction sites and will be required to take site safety training and adhere to site safety rules. -Participate in safety planning and quality assurance, including shop drawing reviews and design compliance. -Manage documentation, submittals, RFIs, and communication among project stakeholders. -Contribute to marketing materials, proposals, and ongoing team coordination across departments. -Coordinate development and maintenance of execution plans, scopes, schedules, and budgets.

What You Bring
-This position will have 25% travel, or as required by the assigned project. -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline, or an equivalent technical degree. -Overnight travel or staying in the city of the Client’s location is possible, depending on the assignment. -Must be able to work in both indoor and outdoor environments, which may include exposure to varying weather. -Must have access to reliable transportation. -Must be able to climb ladders as necessary. -Must be able to lift and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds. -Must possess the ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl as required. -Must have the ability to travel and commute on a daily or routine basis. -1-3 years of experience in Engineering, Project Delivery, or a related discipline. -Must be able to stand, sit, and walk for prolonged periods.
