Tasks

-Training Supply Chain team on available tools and solutions. -Engaging with Supply Chain leaders, to understand key business objectives and drivers. -Leading initiatives to improve data integrity in both sources systems and reporting tools. -Building and maintaining roadmap for data solutions (models, visualization tools and reports), data governance, and process improvements. -Partnering with IT to prioritize and coordinate Supply Chain projects. -Developing strategic direction along with tactical assignments to support Supply Chain goals. -Leading advanced analytical support for strategic initiatives and presenting recommendations to executive level audience. -Providing guidance, mentoring, and coaching to team on analytics, reporting, data governance, data modelling, procurement support, and other assigned responsibilities. -Supporting team to develop business acumen, project management skills, and mindset to recommend and develop business recommendations and solutions. -Researching and implementing new and emerging data analytics trends and best practices.

What You Bring

-Preferred experience with Power BI, Snowflake, and other reporting/data visualization tools. -Leadership skills. Effective oral and written communication skills. Teaming and human relations skills. -Effective work management skills. -Experience with SAP, preferred. -Decision making and issue resolution skills. -Understanding of financial analysis tools and techniques. -Knowledge of supply chain management policies and procedures. -In-depth knowledge of sourcing/category management and/or materials management processes and methodologies. -Analytical, resource assessment, and management skills. -Ability to train and teach others.
