Tasks

-Create and present space planning, furniture layouts, mood boards, and material palettes. -Collaborate with the project management and procurement teams to ensure timely and cost-efficient execution. -Develop GFC (Good for Construction) drawings and ensure on-site implementation matches design intent. -Integrate sustainability, optimization, and brand storytelling into each project as part of our SOUL philosophy. -Attend client meetings and conduct regular site visits for supervision, execution coordination, and design validation. -Coordinate with 3D visualizers for visuals and walkthroughs to convey design language. -Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and creativity. -Lead design ideation and client engagement from concept development to design execution.

What You Bring

Experience - 4 - 6 years (Experience in Design & Build Projects) -Bachelor’s in Design with specialisation in interiors. -Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop; working knowledge of Revit is a plus. -Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings across cities when required. -Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and manage deadlines with ownership. -Strong knowledge of materials, lighting, ergonomics, and spatial flow. -Professional experience specifically in corporate/commercial office interiors is mandatory. -Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
