Overview
Manage MEP delivery for a section of the HMP Channings Wood project in Newton Abbot.

Tasks
-Identify and manage project risks with effective mitigation measures. -Oversee the MEP contractor and ensure they are delivering to a high standard. -Input into pre-contract requirements focusing on customer care and business excellence. -Ensure compliance with project quality management procedures by the supply chain. -Report on project performance to the Project Director. -Meeting company objectives post-contract. -Managing project delivery and installations of MEP across a certain section of the project. -Implement and comply with Kier's SHE policy, procedures, legal requirements, and best practices.

What You Bring
-Previous Project Management experience within the Construction industry. -The ability to lead a team and drive a project forward. -A sound knowledge and technical understanding of MEP systems.
