We are seeking an experienced Architect - Team Lead with 6-9+ years of experience for a full-time on-site position based in Worli, Mumbai. The role involves leading design teams on architectural projects, coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors, and ensuring delivery timelines and quality standards. Responsibilities include developing innovative architectural designs, managing project execution, and mentoring junior team members. The candidate will also work with Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and oversee project workflows to ensure technical accuracy and efficiency. -Knowledge of sustainable design principles is preferred -Technical understanding of Software Development related to architectural design tools -Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field -Proficiency in delivering projects within timeframes -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with clients and stakeholders -Strong expertise in Architecture and design
