Tasks

-Perform Basic Tasks: Complete supervised entry-level tasks such as running wire and replacing fixtures. -Read Blueprints: Develop the ability to interpret basic blueprints and schematics. -Maintain Work Areas: Keep tools and materials organized and clean. -Handle Tools & Equipment: Proper use and maintenance of hand and power tools. -Communicate Effectively: Work closely with team members to report progress and address challenges. -Assist with Inspections: Help ensure work complies with electrical codes and standards. -Assist Journeyman Electricians: Help with installations, repairs, and general electrical maintenance. -Follow Safety Protocols: Learn and adhere to all safety guidelines on the job. -Participate in Training: Attend workshops and training sessions to build knowledge and skills.

What You Bring

-Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, kneel, crouch, and crawl -Must own basic hand tools (tool list provided upon hiring) -Learn Basic Electrical Concepts: Gain understanding of electrical systems, components, and circuitry. -Valid driver's license and clean driving record -Reliable transportation -High School Diploma or equivalent -Must be able to pass drug/alcohol testing -Subject to change. Must be flexible to accommodate project demands -No prior experience necessary, though relevant experience is a plus -Ability to read and understand written materials -Lift or move up to 50 lbs
