Tasks
Lead people in the Nacelles, Hub, and Drive Train lines to produce safely quality focused products to meet customer demand. -Understand and execute HSE safety policies and procedures. -Address complaints, concerns, and ideas for continuous improvement. -Lead people and supervise processes to ensure compliance with the procedures. Interview, hire, promote, and reprimand team members who are direct reports. -Plan daily labor to perform safe and quality work. -Support company and manager directions. Develop the team in safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity measurements and execution.

What You Bring
5 years' experience leading people in a manufacturing environment Computer skills: MS Office Suite, ERP, timekeeping, and incident gathering tools. Ability to lead people. Knowledge of how to train, teach, and coach team members. Ability to create, maintain, and improve a safe work environment. Associates Degree, bachelor's degree preferred.
