Tasks

-Coordinate and control with plants on installation and commissioning of Capex projects. -Assist with tracking inspection reports and ensuring timely follow-ups. -Inspection reports, packing photos, and Bills of Lading (BOL) -Organize and maintain project folders within the CAPEX database. -Draft and maintain backend documentation defining project timelines using project management tools -Regularly update project milestones, inspection schedules, and transportation logistics within the project tracker (TDL). -Track and store critical documentation such as: -Coordinate updates related to supplier documentation and inspections. -Communicate project timeline updates to key stakeholders.

Virginia Transformer is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support the documentation, tracking, and administrative coordination of CAPEX projects. This role is essential in maintaining accurate records, supporting procurement activities, and keeping project stakeholders informed. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office tools—especially Excel—and bring strong organizational and communication skills to a fast-paced and technical environment. -Experience handling technical documents and coordinating with cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, logistics). -Familiarity with project management tools or CAPEX processes. -High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred. -Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. -Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. -Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. -CFM-55 approvals and project codes -Effective written and verbal communication. -Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing, engineering, or project-focused environment. -CFM-33 forms
