The Role
Overview
Assist Site Manager in overseeing residential new‑build projects.

Tasks
-Coordinate subcontractors, trades and material deliveries to ensure an efficient build process, delivered to programme and quality standards. -Ensure consistent workmanship, adherence to build specifications and compliance with company policies and procedures. -Support the Site Manager in overseeing day-to-day build operations, including the supervision of direct employees and subcontractors. -Assist in planning and scheduling work to achieve build targets while maintaining high levels of quality and safety. -Attend site meetings and contribute to progress reviews, providing clear and accurate updates. -Work collaboratively with the Sales and Customer Care teams to support show home standards, customer visits and the delivery of a positive aftercare experience. -Assist with pre-completion inspections, ensuring homes are delivered to the highest standard prior to handover.
