The Role

Overview

Partner with senior leaders to develop and deliver HR strategy and organisational design.

Tasks

-Identify gaps and improvements in local HR service provision in line with HR strategy, suggesting initiatives for the local agenda where appropriate. -Bring challenge and perspective to the business agenda, particularly ensuring solid succession plans, talent development and an environment that allows people to be at their best -Responsibility for local deployment of Company HR processes such as Performance Management, Reward Review, Role grading, Salary policy, Engagement Surveys and deployment of Diversity & Inclusion plans. -Diagnosing business problems from an Organisation Development perspective, using tools to identify the levers which will maximise organisation performance. -Work with the leadership team/s in setting the strategy and business plan whilst bringing People insights to the process -Lead and support global and local projects, or components of projects, in particular organisational design and change programmes -Advise, guide and coach leaders on their people responsibilities, leadership behaviours and complex people issues -Drive the effectiveness of the HR delivery model through working collaboratively across the business and utilising Group Business Services (GBS)

What You Bring

-Evidence of organisational restructure and design -Ideally in a similar industry but not essential -Ideally operated in a large corporate matrix environment -Must be CIPD qualified at Level 5 or above
