Description

Responsible for the following, but not limited to: cleaning windows, walls, floors, stairwells, laundry rooms, elevators, and carpets; emptying trash cans; sweeping sidewalks; raking lawns and flower beds, pressure washing, de-webbing. Maintain office and common areas clean.
Perform each cleaning function in accordance with the property’s prescribed daily schedule.

Minimum of 1 year cleaning and apartment maintenance experience
