-Maintain proper filing, calculations, documentation, and drawing conventions/standards as established by Ciorba Group -Mentor staff engineers -Design work in MicroStation, Open Roads, and other software -Make calculations and run models necessary to perform assignment in a format that can easily checked by others

What You Bring

We are looking for a full-time Roadway Engineer IV with INDOT experience to join the team! The selected candidate will work out of our Crown Point, Indiana, office. -Demonstrated leadership and teamwork abilities -Experience on Illinois DOT projects a plus -Excellent organizational and time management abilities -Experience on Indiana DOT projects -Strong interpersonal and communication skills -Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from accredited school -Proficiency with computer-aided design (CAD) software -6-10 years of roadway design experience -Indiana PE a plus
