Logging and tracking GRN (Good Receipt Note) for material and plant delivery notes and time sheets onto system.
Keeping the A/P , Aggregates and Materials Trackers up to date.
Delete obsolete GRNs ensuring month end accruals are accurate.
Matching invoices with receipts in a timely manner and resolve not passed invoice queries promptly.
Use the cost reporting dashboard to enter invoices into our cost management system
Attend weekly accounts meetings
Complete requisitions if required for any amendments needed.
