Tasks

This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining roofing systems and exterior home features (such as siding, gutters, windows, and doors), as well as supporting all production activities of the brand. The ideal candidate has a strong background in residential and/or light commercial construction, is detail-oriented, and delivers high-quality workmanship with a focus on customer satisfaction. -Troubleshoot and diagnose roofing and exterior issues; recommend appropriate repairs. -Report job status, delays, and changes promptly to the office or supervisor. -Assist in ordering materials and picking up supplies as needed. -Conduct minor repairs and small projects independently or as part of a small crew. -Use ladders, scaffolding, and safety harnesses in compliance with OSHA standards. -Ensure all work meets company quality standards and complies with building codes. -Maintain clear documentation of service work performed, materials used, and jobsite photos. -Communicate effectively with customers regarding findings and scope of repairs. -Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working order. -Perform service calls for repairs on roofs (shingle, metal, flat), siding, gutters, and other exterior components.

What You Bring

-Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and carry materials up and down ladders. -Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. -Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. -OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification. -Ability to read work orders, take measurements, and use power tools safely. -Experience with insurance claim repairs and storm restoration. -Proficiency in roofing systems (shingles, flashing, underlayment, etc.). -Basic knowledge of siding, gutters, fascia, soffits, and general carpentry. -Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in varying weather conditions. -Strong communication and customer service skills. -Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. -Frequent bending, kneeling, climbing, and standing for long periods. -2+ years of hands-on experience in roofing, exterior remodeling, or related trades.
