Tasks

-Process and track inbound/outbound shipments; maintain accurate records and documentation -Validate shipping paperwork and support driver check-ins -Manage RMA activities for returns and warranty shipments -Assist with facility needs including IT coordination, office supply stocking, and event support -Maintain consumable inventory (dunnage, boxes, pallets, supplies, etc.) and ensure organized stock areas

What You Bring

-Able to operate equipment, including forklifts, safely and able to understand and follow safety protocols -High School Diploma or equivalent -2 years of shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience -Meaningful Work in the Renewable Energy Industry -Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) -Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills -Able to stand for up to 10 hours per day and walk for extended periods of time -Able to squat, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance -Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems
