Lead café operations, ensure hygiene, stock control and customer service

Tasks

-Regularly evaluate food ingredients contents, stock levels and allergens prior to service -Maintain kitchen, equipment and utensils in a safe, operational and hygienic condition -Ensure all stock is stored following FIFO (First in First Out) and always prevent cross contamination -Running the onsite café

What You Bring

-Food Safety knowledge -Minimum 2 years professional experience in a hospitality environment -Worked within HACCP certified environment is preferred -High standard of personal presentation and strong communication skills -Minimum 1 year Barista experience
