Overview

Handles monthly billing, invoicing, collections and contract admin for 200-300 projects.

Tasks

-Monitor project budgets, expenses, and revenue. -Archiving all communications and documents. -Work with Team Leaders and Project Managers in a variety of disciplines. -Adhere to department and client guidelines. -Prepare and send invoices for 200-300 projects monthly.

What You Bring

-High degree of professionalism and strong people skills. -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. -Ability to multi-task by supporting multiple teams in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. -DOT invoicing experience, preferred. -Experience working in a billable hours environment, a plus. -Bachelor's Degree with Major in Accounting, Finance, or General Business OR 10+ years of experience. -Experience using computerized accounting systems; knowledge of accounting system related to professional services (Deltek Vantagepoint), a plus. -Effective oral and written communication skills. -Clear and timely communication with clients when needed.
