Workspace Experience Coordinator

Overview

Front‑line host managing facility operations, events, and admin support for the Plant Manager.

Tasks

-Address needs with attentive problem-solving and a positive presence. -Generate and distribute status reports, videos, and planning documents for the Plant Manager. -Organize Operations Staff meetings, including scheduling, notetaking, and follow-up. -Serve as the primary contact for all facility-related requests, meetings, and events. -Coordinate travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation for leadership. -Manage the Plant Manager’s calendar, reports and project support. -Manage communication channels, data entry, filing, and general company email. -Maintain high standards for the facility and enhance stakeholder experiences. -Greet and assist interview candidates with assessments and interviews. -Warmly welcome and assist visitors, guests, and employees. -Partner with HR and leadership to implement recognition programs. -Oversee office supplies, camera monitoring, mail delivery, and other front office activities. -Collaborate with cross functional teams to support internal events and experiences that strengthen Marvin’s culture. -Manage merchandise sales and supply inventory. -Coordinate office equipment services and maintain office supply levels.
