Graduate Interior Design (UAE National)

Assist in interior design, FF&E development, and coordination for projects.

Tasks

-Participate in site visits, surveys and coordination with contractors and suppliers -Support in preparing FF&E schedules, specifications and sample boards -Ensure all work aligns with project briefs, timelines and budget requirements. -Collaborate with the design team to integrate FF&E selections seamlessly into overall design concepts. -Provide general support to the design and FF&E teams in day-to-day tasks -develop and manage FF&E concepts, presentations and schedules -Maintain awareness of market trends, sustainable products and innovative design solutions -Prepare sample boards and material palettes for client presentations -Research materials, finishes, furnishings and design trends -Contribute to 3D modeling, renderings and visualization tasks -Research, source and specify furniture, lighting, fabrics, finishes and decorative accessories -Prepare FF&E documentation packages for tender and procurement -Ensure compliance with project budgets, timelines and technical requirements -Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers and contractors to ensure timely delivery and installation -Assist in developing design concepts, mood boards, presentations and technical drawings

-Strong knowledge of materials, finishes and suppliers within the region and internationally -Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneusly -Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) -Strong aeshetic sense, creativity and attendtion to detail -Degree in Interior Design or Architecture, master or bachelor
